Welcome to the page for our two family-friendly holiday apartments

"Bavarian Forest" from private rentals. You will find this in the

middle of a holiday complex and right next to the State Garden Show grounds. The "Ferienpark Geyersberg" holiday complex is

located above the town of Freyung with a fantastic view of the low mountain

range of the Bavarian Forest, 38 km from Passau train station. Skiing is

possible within the area and offers a garden and free private parking.





The house offers both apartments direct access (through the

basement) to the pool, sauna, health center with massage practice and the

"Geyerei" restaurant, with a wonderful view. Next to the house is a

new playground, activity park, billiards/kicker room, hiking, skiing and

tobogganing areas in the immediate vicinity (Solla ski lift, 3 minutes;

Mitterdorf 20 minutes and Großer Arber 60 minutes away). A mountain glassworks

with a sight glass furnace is about 100m away. Freyung town center is 1.5 km

away and can be reached with a free shuttle bus.


We have a newly renovated apartment "H180" with a double bed

and a bunk bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.



In

the same house you will also find the somewhat smaller and cheaper apartment

"F123", which has a bunk bed in a separate room and two fold-out beds and sofa bed in the living room. You are also

welcome to request a long-term rental with a discount for this.


Something about us: My sister and I have been coming here regularly

since we were children and we still enjoy the beautiful nature of the Bavarian

Forest with our families and friends. It is therefore particularly important to

us that you and your family feel comfortable with us!

The swimming pool: is

open daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is located in the basement, directly

accessible via the hallway in the house. You don't need to leave the house. The

sauna next door, in the house, is currently open on Wednesdays and Fridays from

4 p.m. to 7 p.m., opening times may vary. The leisure oasis (billiards, etc.)

in the neighboring building is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Cancellations up to 30

days before the booked date are free of charge, up to 14 days 50%, later

Description of the accommodation
Mitten im Bayerischen Wald auf dem Geyersberg erwartet Sie unsere Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick nach Süden. Optimal für Familien als Low-Budget-Urlaub - aber auch für Arbeitnehmer, Beschäftigte, Fortbildungen in der Umgebung auch längerfristig zu vermieten.




Zum Schlafen finden Sie dort zwei 90x200 Einzelbetten (Schrank-Ausklappbetten), ein Sofabett 140 x 200 und ein Stockbett 90 x 200 im Nebenraum (Nebenraum ohne Fenster!), ein Babyreisebettchen für die ganz Kleinen steht auf Wunsch auch zur Verfügung. Optimal somit für 2 bis 4 Personen.

Wir haben Spielsachen, Kinderbücher sowie einen Hochstuhl und Kindergeschirr. Für gemütliche TV oder Netflix-Abende (bitte mit den eigenen Zugangsdaten anmelden) gibt es einen Flatscreen-TV oder möchten Sie lieber DVD Filme anschauen? Oder einfach mal Gesellschaftsspiele spielen?

Außerdem bieten wir eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Kaffefiltermaschine, Heißwasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Spülmaschine und Herd. Optional haben sie die Möglichkeit im Restaurant Geyerei (direkt im Haus) zu frühstücken (Buffet) oder Essen zu gehen (Reservierung notwendig). Waschservice ist buchbar (6 EUR).

Auf dem hauseigenen Gelände stehen kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Falls diese gerade nicht ausreichen sollten, gibt es als Alternative: in der 150 m entfernten neuen Parkgarage, - mit E-Ladestationen ausgestattet (günstige Tagesgebühren). Mit der Gästekarte der Stadt Freyung können sie die ÖPNV-Linien im Bayerwald-Ticket-Tarifgebiet kostenfrei nutzen. Dazu zählen neben der Waldbahn, den Igelbussen zum und im Nationalpark auch die sonstigen ÖPNV-Linien im Landkreis Freyung-Grafenau, Regen und zum Teil Cham sowie in Freyung auch die Freyfahrt.

Fahrräder können in der Ferienanlagen-Tiefgarage kostenlos

untergestellt werden, für E-Bike gibt es dort eine Lademöglichkeit,

sowie in der Stadt unten bei der Kirche und beim Rathaus. Bei Fahrrad

Seibold können Räder ausgeliehen werden.

Rufen Sie bitte ca. 30 Minuten vor Ihrer Ankunft an.

Herr Nix wird Sie vor der Tür des Restaurants "Geyerei" treffen, um Ihnen Schlüssel und Gästekarten zu geben.

Das Schwimmbad: ist täglich von 8 – 20 Uhr geöffnet und befindet sich im Untergeschoss, direkt erreichbar über den Bademantel-Gang im Haus. Sie brauchen das Haus nicht verlassen. Bitte denken Sie beim Packen an Bademäntel und Badeschlappen für sich und Ihre Kinder. Die Sauna, Zungang vom Poolbereich aus, bietet eine wunderbare Gelegenheit zur Entspannung, die Freizeitoase (Billiard etc.) im Nachbarhaus ist täglich von 9 – 21 Uhr geöffnet. Die Öffnungszeiten können variieren.

Schwimmbad (28 Grad) und Sauna (84 Grad) sind kostenfrei.

Restaurant im Haus (Geyerei) bitte selbst anfragen und reservieren.

Für die Endreinigung pro Aufenthalt fallen 51 EUR einmalig an und sind im Preis enthalten.

Übernachtungskosten: Kinder bis vollendetem 3 Lj. wohnen kostenfrei, bis zum 18 Lj.5 EUR pro Übernachtung.

Babybett & Hochstuhl sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Stockbett hat einen Rausfallschutz.

Zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit: In der Küche ist genügend Geschirr zum Sammeln in der Spülmaschine vorrätig. Idealerweise lassen Sie die Spülmaschine nur durchlaufen, wenn die Maschine voll beladen ist und zum Schluß Ihres Aufenthaltes. Bitte beachten Sie: Der Ökospülgang dauert an die drei Stunden lang. Bitte räumen Sie nach dem Spülen das Geschirr wieder an Ort und Stelle.



Wertstoffhof: In der Wohnung sind mehrere Abfalleimer vorhanden. Getrennt entsorgt werden können: Blechdosen, Papier, Kompost, Glas und Restmüll. Bitte bringen Sie den Müll in den kleinen Wertstoffhof neben dem Parkplatz. Dort schließt der Wohnungsschlüssel auch.



Für jeden Gast wird ein normal großes und ein Badehandtuch bereitgelegt. Melden Sie sich bitte, wenn Sie weiteren Bedarf haben. Die Betten werden für Sie frisch bezogen, Sie brauchen keine eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen und auch die Betten nicht abziehen.



Für die Stadt Freyung ist eine Kurtaxe zu entrichten: Erwachsene (ab dem 16. LJ): 3 Euro pro Übernachtung. Kinder und Jugendliche bis zum vollendeten 15. Lebensjahr: 1,50 EUR pro Übernachtung. Kinder bis zum vollendeten 5 Lebensjahr sind kurbeitragsfrei. Wir weisen die berechnete Kurtaxe separat in der Rechnung aus.



Haustiere und Partys sind leider nicht erlaubt.
