This is a modern and comfortable 2-bedrooms apartment with a balcony overlooking the entire Gruz Bay and part of the Lapad peninsula. The apartment features free private parking in the building garage and would suite a family or a group of friends looking for a comfortable place to stay in Dubrovnik.
The colorful and pleasant interior with a stunning sea view is what best describes the property. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, a living room which opens onto a balcony and a separate kitchen with a dining area. From the living room balcony you can enjoy views of the Gruz Port and the newly built marina while sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Amenities include: private parking, elevator, Free Wi-Fi, AC (living room), cable TV, washing machine, balcony, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
The apartment is set on the 6th floor in one of the high rise buildings in Dubrovnik with 10 floors and the building is equipped with an elevator. Even though building is equipped with an elevator there are some stairs to climb (one flight approximately) when accessing building entrance from the street or parking garage. The nearest grocery store is located just 100 meters away from the property. The bus stop connecting Gruz and Old Town is only 200 meters away from the apartment. The most beautiful Dubrovnik beaches such as the Lapad Sunset beach or Banje beach are approximately 2 kilometers away.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
