The apartment is located on the second floor, has 55m2 of living space and consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and a terrace.
The bright, air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area (large table and chairs) has direct access to a sheltered terrace of 12m2.
The full-height glazed wall of the living room is extended, which connects it with the loggia and makes the wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the mountains available not only from the terrace but also from the room. On the balcony, there is a set of garden furniture.
One bedroom has 1 double bed, the other 2 bunk beds. The sleeping rooms are cooled by the shared air conditioning unit located in the living room.

Outside the building, there is a barbecue, a picnic table and private parking.

Most of them have flat coastlines covered with pebbles, small stones and/or sand with a gentle entrance to the sea. Water gradually gets deep.
