Welcome to our house in the middle of historic Konstanz. In a few minutes you can reach Lake Constance and the harbor (200 m), the German and Swiss train station (300 m), the Rheinbad and the Swiss border (700 m). Bodensee-Airport Friedrichshafen is 24 km away, Kloten Airport in Zurich 60 km. Our house from the late 19th century was extensively renovated in 2005. As soon as you leave the house you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite the central location, you can sleep peacefully with us, as the bedrooms are rear-facing, towards the interior of the district. All around you will find shopping opportunities, grocery stores, restaurants, wine bars and special breakfast offers for every taste and budget. Boats in the harbor offer sightseeing tours. This is how you can get to the Bodenseetherme and the Konstanz outdoor pool. A riverside path (2 km) with mountain views also leads there. The only council north of the Alps took place in Constance from 1414 - 1418. There are many indications, e.g. the statue "Imperia" in the harbor entrance. A visit to the Baden-Württemberg Archaeological State Museum (ALM), the municipal Rosgarten Museum and much more is worthwhile. Boat trips, e.g. to the pile dwellings, the flower island of Mainau, the vegetable island of Reichenau, the 1,000-year-old Meersburg, the Rhine Falls (CH, 40 km), to name just a few popular destinations. The nearest multi-storey car park is 50 m from the house. The 'Parkplatz Bodenseeforum' offers cheap parking with a bus connection to the city centre. You can use the city buses for free throughout the city and up to Kreuzlingen (CH). We provide free WiFi in the house. The garden of our holiday homes in Konstanz-Dingelsdorf with a pond, terrace and barbecue area is available to all guests.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Please note that the prices do not include the visitor's tax. Should a visitor's tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

Description of the accommodation
Our comfortable apartment K3a+b on the 3rd floor of the house in the old town of Constance can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment with its two bathrooms and toilets and two TVs is ideal for families and couples. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), cable TV, radio. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) that can be occupied by one or two people. Also in the room is a tv with cable tv, a dining table for up to 5 people. There is also a folding mattress for a fifth person. Of the two bathrooms one has a toilet and a shower and one with a toilet and a bath tub. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, two fridges with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a microwave. An additional dining area is available in the anteroom with balcony. The various shops, grocery stores, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. The harbor, city garden and train station are only a few minutes by foot away from the house. You can park in the various car parks within walking distance, e.g. the next 100 m ahead in Salmannsweilergasse. Bicycles can be stored in the courtyard by the bike racks. On request, we will be happy to provide you with laundry packages (1x duvet cover + 2 towels: EUR 10 / person).
